- Flipchart, overhead projector, projection screen and pinboard
- Flipchart paper, marker pens and slides/film included
- WiFi in almost all InterCityHotels (charged extra)
- Additional or special conference equipment can be booked through us (charged extra)

- Express offer: in hotel within maximum 24 hours of inquiry (except Saturdays/Sundays/national holidays)
- Set-up phase included: free set-up of conference room on previous evening or overnight
- All delivered documents automatically laid out in the conference rooms

- If 3-course lunch buffet booked: choice of two starters and three main courses
- Double room for single-occupancy (availability permitting) for speakers
