Partially flexible and combinable – the conference rooms of the InterCityHotel Nürnberg are suitable for various conference sizes up to 80 people. Four modern conference rooms with air conditioning and natural light make work a pleasure. Modern conference equipment such as projectors, 42 inch LCD flat panels or high-speed Internet access via wireless local area network support your presentation. Confidential interviews in private can take place in our room ICE or one of our two business corner. Our extra benefit for you: bus, suburban trains and underground railway included – free use of public transport. Ask at reception for your ticket.
Best of Basic package
When a conference is booked at our hotel our “Best of Basic” Package is included right at the start and it already includes many services for successful conferences.

- Standard equipment (overhead projector, screen, flipchart and pin board)
- 2 coffee breaks with Nespresso coffee and biscuits
- 2 conference drinks or unlimited mineral water in the conference room
- snack lunch or 1-course meal

Best of Business package
Our “Best of Business” package for your conference – with additional amenities, so all participants are feeling comfortable with your meeting.
