From the motorway A9 (Munich)
Take the exit Nuremberg-Fischbach and follow direction City Centre (Stadtzentrum), later follow the direction Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof).

From the motorway A3 (Wuerzburg and Regensburg)
Take the exit Nuremberg-Moegeldorf and follow direction City Centre (Stadtzentrum), later follow the direction Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof).

From the motorway A9 (Berlin)
Change from motorway A9 to motorway A3 (direction Wuerzburg) at the interchange.
Take the exit Nuremberg-Moegeldorf and follow direction City Centre (Stadtzentrum), later follow the direction Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof).

From the motorway A6 (Heilbronn)
Change from the motorway A6 to motorway A73 (direction Erlangen/Bamberg) at the interchange Nuremberg South (Nürnberg-Süd).
Take the exit Nuremberg-Zollhaus and follow direction City Centre (Stadtzentrum), later follow the direction Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof).

For all routes the following traffic diversion is valid from Jul. 15, 2011
Arrived in the city centre pass the Main Train Station and follow the street “Frauentorgraben” until you reach the Theater building (Staatstheater) on the left hand side.
Take the next possible turn to the left into the street “Lessingstraße”
Turn left at the next set of lights into the street “Sandstraße” and follow the road until you reach the Sheraton Carlton Hotel.
Turn right into the street “Eilgutstraße”.
The InterCityHotel is located 100 m on the right hand side.

Flight

From Nuremberg Airport, the underground train U2 toward “Roethenbach” takes you to the main station in less than 15 min.
