Meetings
The eight conference rooms at the InterCityHotel Mainz can be combined and configured in various different ways and are therefore perfect for meetings and events of any type or size. Depending on the chosen seating arrangement (theatre, parliament or u-shaped), up to 150 people can be seated in the well-lit rooms, which are equipped with the latest technology.
Best of Basic package
When a conference is booked at our hotel our “Best of Basic” Package is included right at the start and it already includes many services for successful conferences.

- Standard equipment (overhead projector, screen, flipchart and pin board)
- 2 coffee breaks with biscuits
- 2 conference drinks or unlimited mineral water in the conference room
- midday snack or 1-course meal

We pay 10 % commission to agents for arranging bookings.
Rate include VAT and service charge.
Best of Business package
Our “Best of Business” package for your conference – with additional amenities, so all participants are feeling comfortable with your meeting.
