The conference rooms of the InterCityHotel Frankfurt offer great flexibility. Depending on the size of the event, some of the rooms can be extended or connected. Featuring 13 conference rooms with natural daylight, modern technical facilities and, depending on the seating variation (theatre, parliament or U-form), a comfortable capacity for up to 120 people.
Best of Basic package
When a conference is booked at our hotel our “Best of Basic” Package is included right at the start and it already includes many services for successful conferences.

- Standard equipment (overhead projector, screen, flipchart and pin board)
- 2 coffee breaks with biscuits
- 2 conference drinks or unlimited mineral water in the conference room
- midday snack or 1-course meal

We pay 10 % commission to agents for arranging bookings.
Rate include VAT and service charge.
Best of Business package
